Added a wiki page (https://github.com/EBIvariation/eva-pipeline/wiki/Population-stats) and link to it from the README.md to explain how to parse population stats that are provided in the VCF.
Also, completed the stats section in https://github.com/EBIvariation/eva-pipeline/wiki/Shared-flows#calculate-population-statistics . (Previously, the stats section was empty).
