Describe the enhancement you would like
User would like properties marked as only modifiable at ⎕WC time.
For example, trying to ⎕WS SysMenu, MaxButton, MinButton, will result in a NONCE Error.

User wrote to support, "I am trying to change a Form's title-bar properties SysMenu, MinButton, MaxButton, and HelpButton, but I'm trying to do it with ⎕WS, after creation. All I'm getting is NONCE ERRORs. But I can find nowhere in the documentation that says these cannot be changed after creation.
Am I doing something wrong or is the documentation incorrect?"
