[Feature] TTS for NPC Voices — Would you accept a PR?

Hi! I'd love to add TTS (Text-to-Speech) functionality to give NPCs unique voices in-game. I have the implementation ready — would you be open to enabling contributions/PRs for this feature? Happy to discuss the approach or scope beforehand if needed. Thanks!
