Adds updates for Dash workshops

• Updates ads errors to also set an error rate if it's turned on (in both services)
• Adds new products with new images and variants
• Adds a script that creates a new restore.sql file so you don't have to do it yourself
• Adds wait-for-it to both python services (was noticing it wouldn't always connect to Postgres)
• Discounts "work" as in you can make a request to discounts to validate a code and if good, sets free shipping with Spree service
• Some Postgres logs container work
• A lot of Frontend service cleanup
• Adds variants to product ui components
• Adds pages for categories/taxonomies
• Updates Puppeteer script to handle new routes/features
