Description

This PR extracts the NGINX changes found in #64 to unblock a Logs course

How to test

  1. Pull down branch
  2. make local-stop
  3. docker system prune -a --volumes (Optional: This deletes all existing container images and volumes from your env)
  4. make local-start

Notes

The GeoIP database files are large. Adding them to the repo is a temporary solution. They may need to be moved to an external store like S3 and fetched at image build time
