What Does This Do

Add couple of blank lines to the README file.

This PR should not be merged, it was created to get stale and verifies that the GitHub Action workflow "prune-old-pull-requests" kicks in:

• after 90 days (25-27th of November):

  • we should get a comment: 'This pull request has been marked as stale because it has not had activity over the past quarter. It will be closed in 7 days if no further activity occurs. Feel free to reopen the PR if you are still working on it.'

• 7 days later (3rd- 4th of December):

  • this PR should be closed
  • this PR should get the following comment: 'This pull request has been closed because it has not had activity over the past quarter. Feel free to reopen the PR if you are still working on it.'
