Leaving this up in draft form in case anyone wants to continue the work to get this merged.
I think the only thing left is testing.
The use-case for this was to start developing the APIs to allow people to control units via voice. e.g.
But it can easily be used by any DCS-gRPC client. e.g. A discord bot to allow players to move tankers, for example.
