New release please

Commit 92c7609 added new licenses, would it be possible to do a new release of cyclonex-core-java so Dependency Track will be able to parse SBOMs generated with Syft 1.31.0+ without following master?

We need this also as some Linux BOMs use currently unsupported licenses like SMAIL-GPL.

@nscuro can we have a release? I think we have many changes and it'd be better to have something so we dont keep piling up breaking changes

@stevespringett Is there any progress on release? We also need some new licenses to be validated after the last release. SMAIL-GPL and some other licenses were already added into spdx schema but this needs to be released.
