In response to the finance data not being able to display properly due to shallow populations of csvPacked data, this patch will now recursively scan your data and grab all relation data and make sure it is included in the packing.
[wip] implement new csvPackDeep code.
This code also depends on these PRs: ab_platform_web#691, ab_platform_core#320, ab_service_appbuilder#140
