Goal
This is a pretty minor PR (apart from linting noise) to get GeoJSON overlays working with XYZ tiles from an online source. But worth documenting as a pull request because of the significance to our work.

Changed
xyzOutputDir, andsourceDirvalues, and stylesheet relative path for the overlay, so as to place the XYZ tiles and GeoJSON in the same directory for processing.
