🧹 Minor PR: tidy up package.json, order of input params, render result logs

This is the tiniest of PRs to:

• tidy up a few inconsequential things in package.json,
• arrange the input params in a logical order,
• add new ones to the WIP Azure Storage Queue code, and to tests,
• adapt the render result logs to (among a few other minor things) show the full location of the generated mbtiles, not just the filename.
