- Adds RA entry to UpdaterConfig.ini [DownloadMirrors] so the updater has a mirror configured.
- Note: server-side deployment for /updates/ra/ is pending access in the RA1/dev repo, per Discord.
Added a new download mirror for CnCNet updates to support global access.

I'm figuring out and setting up the repo access for deployment (as I type this). When I finish ill verify the url points to right location and merge if so |

Can check the commit here but for now I have everything pointing to the port-to-xna mirror until we get ready for a live release but they do appear to be working |
