Add configurable extra_config field supporting VMware advanced settings
including Ignition/CoreOS, performance, disk, and PCI passthrough options.
- Implement PATCH /v1/vcenters/virtual_machines/{id}/extra_config endpoint
- Add TypeMap schema (Optional + Computed) for user-friendly syntax
- Include comprehensive tests and CoreOS example
- Maintain backward compatibility
