Add CLI capabilities to origami.

Add some cli commands to origami-lib, something like

• origami init -> From a template create the basic demo file.
• origami push -> scp the current directory(the demo with origami.env in project root) to the server, where the demo needs to be deployed.

Seems like a nice functionality to have but can be pushed to later once the basic package is ready. To justify making a CLI tool, we need to have more commands that are required.
