Summary

pass the contractHash argument through NeoLegacyRESTApi.contractStats
add a focused test that verifies the request path includes the contract hash
refresh generated dist artifacts for the Neo Legacy REST client and test bundle

Testing

npm test -- --runInBand
npm run build

Notes

Targeting develop because this repository does not have a dev branch.
