Use ldd (or equivalent) to verify that a clamav build doesn't link system libraries

Add some sort of check through mussels or the install-phase or at least with github actions to verify that the recipe builds do not accidentally link in system/homebrew/macports/etc libraries outside of like libc, libm, etc.
