Update PowerShell scripts to work with new directory structure.

Tasks:

• Update imports/includes between PowerShell scripts
• Update any hardcoded paths to repository files
• Test PowerShell script execution
• Update script documentation

Acceptance Criteria:

• All PowerShell scripts work with new structure
• Script cross-references functional
• No broken path references
