Add PR title to the results table

The PRC is a good occasion to learn from other participants by looking at their PRs.
To facilitate this (by triggering curiosity), it would be helpful to add to the monthly challenge result tables the title of the PR more than its number.

For example, for catalyst/PRANG#3, show:

#3 For Kwalitee use_strict and use_warnings check.

/pull/3
