Openpose is tested working correctly in driver 515.65 + CUDA 11.7.1 + cuDNN 8.5.0 albeit warnings unrelated due to in favour of C++17 instead of C++11.
Added a notice on the usage discouragement of cuDNN for Ubuntu 20.04 due to the performance degradation unresolved since Feb 2021. Refer #1864 (comment)
Dependencies to be installed completely thru script. Extra installation steps proved unnecessary thus removed.
