Describe the bug

Could not find a declaration file for module '@papanasi/qwik'. 'stackblitz:/node_modules/@papanasi/qwik/lib/index.qwik.mjs' implicitly has an 'any' type.
  Try `npm i --save-dev @types/papanasi__qwik` if it exists or add a new declaration (.d.ts) file containing `declare module '@papanasi/qwik';`

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/qwik-starter-9feq6m?file=src/routes/index.tsx
2. check the warning on the Button import
