Bad Request when trying to reach idrac web interface of ANY NODE in this chassis. Factory reset of one of the idracs resulted in it never coming back up. This is likely an issue with the CMC, not the individual iDracs

In addition, MOC-R4PAC21U37-S1B is not in ESI at the moment and should be added to ESI
