Topology node for elastic networks #1061
Description
Need to add a topology node for detecting if an edge is is part of an elastic network or if it is a "topology" edge.
Current best is this - but this would fail for 'elastic' network edges within a single residue (only really the case for MN simulations). The below will work for course-grained simulations.
