Reason for this Pull Request
#1588 & #1605
Problem
#1502 introduced a new way of doing the list insertion but its script location leads to conflicts with
yarnsince running that command will remove the node_modules/boost folder after which it installs the dependencies as normal.Summary: List insertion script is removed when installing dependencies.
Fix
Move file to a new folder so it won't get deleted when running
yarn. Also fixed any linting errors present in the file.
