Merge outputs

To merge several fDOG outputs into a single output, you can use this command
fdog.mergeOutput -i /path/to/fdog/outputs/ -o OUTNAME
where /path/to/fdog/outputs/ is the directory where all *.extended.fa, *.phyloprofile, *_forward.domains and *_reverse.domains can be found. The final output will contain only 4 files: OUTNAME.extended.fa, OUTNAME.phyloprofile, OUTNAME_forward.domains and OUTNAME_reverse.domains.
