Implements support for OAuth 2.0 response_mode=form_post in the system browser authentication flow, aligning with modern OAuth 2.0 best practices (RFC 6749).
This is new PR from this PR #5626 that was already reviewed and signed off. Github branch was stuck in processing updates and I had to delete the branch and recreate which caused the PR to be closed.
