Add More Saml2SecurityTokenHandler Tests Validating Audience Specific Scenarios in SAML

In order to move forward with more complete testing, we'd like to define and include the item listed below on a separate PR:

- How do we want to handle the case where TokenValidationParameters.RequireAudience is handled in the new model.
