Approach What is the motivation for this PR? gnmi needs to support role based authentication, and need end to end test to verify this new feature. How did you do it? Add test for gnmi capabilities API. Add test for gnmi set API. Add test for gnmi get API. Add test for gnmi subscribe API. How did you verify/test it? Run gnmi end to end test
