The PR adds stress test to ACL. The test generates number rules depending on the hardware SKU and its ACL entry capacity. What is the motivation for this PR? Fixes: #3595 How did you do it? Add a new test to perform stress tests. How did you verify/test it? Manually on 7050cx3 and 4600. Any platform specific information? None
