#### Why I did it
To have the latest DASH bmv2 pipeline and DASH libsai library for DPU KVM image.

Update DASH_SAI_COMMIT in rules/dash-sai.mk
#### How to verify it
Build dash libsai package successfully and it includes the latest DASH bmv2 pipeline, libsai library.
