Why I did it
This PR is to add support for Arista 7280DR3(a|am|ak)_36(s) SKUs variants for diasagg chassis efforts.
This is a cherry-pick of the original PR: sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#22463

How I did it
The PR includes new files under device/arista along with few modifications to boot0.j2 and broadcom soc properties permitted_list.
How to verify it
You can load SONiC on any of the Arista 7280DR3 variant boxes to cross-verify. They have been verified internally.
