Pull Request Overview
This PR prepares version 1.2.0-beta.7 of Azure.AI.Agents.Persistent for release by updating the CHANGELOG from an unreleased state to a release dated 2025-10-28.
Key changes:
- Changed version 1.2.0-beta.7 from "Unreleased" to released with date (2025-10-28)
- Removed empty changelog sections (Features Added, Bugs Fixed, Other Changes)
- Retained the Breaking Changes section documenting the
