More clarity on what `unconstrained` means

Make it easier to find information about what `unconstrained` functions actually are.

[This](https://docs.aztec.network/dev_docs/contracts/syntax/functions#unconstrained-functions) page explains how to use them, but doesn't really say what they are and how they work.
