Actually have pxe.getNodeInfo().nodeVersion return a correct value (in Sandbox)

I'm unsure if this is a bug on #10904 or if fixing it for the sandbox is separate. However, I just ran sandbox locally for 0.72.1 and I'm still getting "0.1.0".

(I can't re-open issues, so I create a new one instead)
