Description

When Audio Device Is Renamed (BT) It Dosen't show Updated Name Every Where Like Quick Settings (BT Tile),
KDE Settings (Other Apps That Show BT Name)

Expected Behavior

Should Show New Name Everywhere After It's Changed.

3. Rename Device
