Ensure that Node.js v6 is available for linters. Set the flag for the CI script to use the system Node.js.

Updated to the new CI scripts on atom/ci, and corrected the Node.js installation, let's see how this works. |
Only build the beta branch on the latest Ruby version checked, any issues are likely to show up there if they would at all.
