Scroll broken in Safari on MacOS

Describe the bug

The scroll in the main feed items view doesn't work. I can scroll the list of feeds on the left.
The issue started at 6.0.0, and I reproduced it from a master build today.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open commafeed in Safari on MacOS
2. Try to scroll the feed up and down
3. No effect

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Self-hosted, CommaFeed 6.0.0 and 861c1fc
• Reproduces in Safari, but not in Firefox or Chrome.
• Reproduces on MacOS with M1 chip but not on iOS.

Yep, that was it. Ironically, the toggle is at the bottom of the settings page, and it's hard to reach with broken scrolling. I understand, it's not the primary intent of most users who open settings, but would you consider moving it up?

That makes sense.

I’ll also switch the default value to false. You’re not the first to report issues with Safari, so I’d prefer for this option to be opt-in rather than opt-out.
