Description
Describe the bug
Every time I try to reset my password using the link sent to my email, I get the error message "Invalid token." This happens regardless of which device or browser I use.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the CommaFeed password reset page.
- Click on the password reset link received in the email.
- The page opens, and I see the error message "Invalid token."
- The same issue occurs when I try a new link or use different browsers and devices.
Expected behavior
I expected to be able to reset my password successfully by clicking the link and being redirected to a page where I can set a new password.
Screenshots
(If applicable, you can add a screenshot of the "Invalid token" error message here, but it's optional)
Environment (please complete the following information):
- commafeed.com or self-hosted: commafeed.com
- If self-hosted, CommaFeed version [e.g. 5.1.0 (a3dcb2c)]: N/A
- Browser [e.g. chrome, firefox]: Chrome, Firefox (also tested in incognito mode)
- Device [e.g. desktop, mobile]: Desktop, Mobile (both)
Additional context
I’ve tried using the reset link on multiple devices and browsers (both mobile and desktop), in incognito mode, and even sent the link to someone else to test it. In all cases, I get the same "Invalid token" error. I have also tried multiple reset links, but the problem persists. I am unable to reset my password.
