tracker: Reject items if they finish too fast #31
Description
The tracker should reject items that finish too fast to catch buggy code, bad actors, etc. For example, a 100 URL item with 1 sec delay should take at least 100 seconds. Unless the clock has changed, it would be impossible to complete the item less than that. Perhaps it should ban the user if the item finishes too fast.
