Can't build warrior on arm64 due to this base

Tying to run warrior using podman as per instructions here:

But it's failing due to this base image being amd64. Tried rebuilding it by hacking the Dockerfile in this repo, but... well, I can see why it's an external dep! gnulib is taking an age.

Correct, arm64 is unfortunately not supported at the moment due to data integrity concerns with Wget's WARC code. (Please don't circumvent this.)
