What does this PR do?
This is to fix the "partially initialized module" errors in running python testing code
Motivation
Make sure that aracdedb supports python better, which are the most import use cases from data science world.

Additional Notes
Cause for these errors is simple, the test case python files were named the same as the library module names. These lead to python import errors. Changing the file names will fix.
Also updated the requirements.txt file to make modules easier and more accurate.
