runBNG compare does not generate .xmap, _q.cmap and _r.cmap

Hello! When using runBNG to align the de novo assembled cmap to the reference cmap (hg38), the output is not the trio files: .xmap, _q.cmap and _r.cmap, but the output is only a .stdout file. I need the trio files. Please help! Thanks!
