Add missing Arabic translations for AppFlowy.

Language: Arabic (ar)

Tasks

• Add Arabic translation file
• Translate missing keys from the English translation file
• Ensure translations follow the existing translation structure

Impact

This will allow Arabic-speaking users to use AppFlowy in their native language and improve accessibility for users in Arabic-speaking regions.
