[feature] add support to config limit size of kmem #2716
Description
Why you need it?
Expect to config the limit size of kmem in /sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.kmem.limit_in_bytes
eg. set this parameter as 0, to disable the kmem usage of a container
How it could be?
can dynamically config:
/sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.kmem.limit_in_bytes
