- Use `GOPROXY=https://proxy.golang.org,direct` to speed up module downloads - Mitigates network flakiness (e.g., checksum DB timeouts/rate limits) - `,direct` provides fallback for private/unproxyable modules - No build logic changes; only affects dependency resolution across all matrix targets
