CMake update

I hope this text finds you well.

The CMake version, that is used here, is not longer compatible with newer versions.
Kitware broke and added a warning, it seems to me that version 3.5 is where backwards compatibility is not longer possible.
Would you agree to update the build system to a newer version of CMake?
