Fix yet another broken Content-Base for RTSP

Hello AlexxIT,

first iam a big fan of go2rtc... great piece of Software

but i face a Problem on one RTSP Source..
I think the client response a Content-Base without Protocol so i get a failure "streams: parse "192.168.253.220:1935/": first path segment in URL cannot contain colon"

i attached the log as html file

go2rtc - Logs.html

VLC got no Problem with the Stream..

maybe you can add a workaround for this
