Panic on start stream for Aqara E1

Hey, i have added aqara E1 homekit camera TO HA.
Go2rtc is installed as addon into HA.

by default its like this in HA..

this is my config in go2rtc:

streams:
  aqara_e1:
    - hass:Camera-E1-E226
    - ffmpeg:aqara_e1#audio=aac#audio=opus

log:

what am i doing wrong? :<

managed to get it working, but quality is awful and video lags. :<
