Fixes:

  • "Rescan browsers" now preserves custom order (Fixes #20)
  • "Rescan browsers" now correctly remove uninstalled browser without need to restarting "Browserino" (Fixes #20)
  • All browsers are correctly scanned after fresh install (Fixes #18)
