Steps to reproduce:

1. Run AdGuard for Mac Nightly
2. Use it for a while
3. com.adguard.mac.adguard.network-extension process CPU usage exceeds 100% (reaches 200-300%)

Expected Behavior

com.adguard.mac.adguard.network-extension CPU usage stays between 10-20%

Actual Behavior

com.adguard.mac.adguard.network-extension process CPU usage exceeds 100% (reaches 200-300%)

I am currently using the Beta version and CPU usage has stabilized.
