New ACE backend

The ACE.jl backend was replaced by ACEfrictionCore.jl to allow compatibility with ACEbase.jl v0.4.5. This is supposed to be a temporary fix until EquivariantModels.jl is fully deployed and integrated into ACEfriction.jl.
